• What is the status of my order?

Please log into your account and go to "my account" (click your name) and click the order # of the order you would like to know more about. If tracking isn't available and you selected a tracked shipping method, please message us back =)

If it says "unfulfilled" we are still working on it! Please refer to the facebook groups weekly updates pinned in the announcements!

• Where are you located? Can prices be in USD?

We're based out of Terrace, British Columbia, Canada.

Everything is priced and billed in CAD (Canadian dollars)

• The website says "Priced by 1/2 m" what does that mean?

Everything on the website is sold by HALF metre (which is about 39") - so a quantity of 1 will get you 19.5" (or 50cm) and a quantity of 2 will get you 39" or 100cm.

• How does shipping work? (For international or canadian orders)

Canadians: Flat Rate (Tracked with Canadian Post)
USA/Int'l: Shipping cost is by weight. Small Packet Air is cheapest but is UNTRACKED and offers NO insurance!
