Add-ons for Canadian orders: Use shipping code AddOn for $2 shipping. Add previous order numbers and name in comment box. If you use this code and do not have a previous order the full order will be refunded and cancelled. If you do not add a previous order number you may be invoiced for full shipping.

US add-ons - if overages occur, they will be refunded, make sure to add previous order number in notes
